Lodge Sales
The Hilton Grand Vacations sales office at Hilton Coylumbridge is open daily at the resort, and is located adjacent to the Lodge Reception.
Cath Baxter and Sue Smith are available to advise on ownership and the exchange companies with which we operate, including RCI and the Hilton Grand Vacations Club. Ownership is in perpetuity at Coylumbridge and we will have a mix of availability to offer you in lodges that sleep either six or eight persons. Weeks for sale may be either Hilton weeks or weeks we are selling on behalf of individual owners.
Hilton Grand Vacations is pleased to offer a resale service to our lodge owners, and again the sales office is the point of contact for advice on this subject. Our resale service is offered on a no sale no fee basis, with no listing costs.
There are many alternative methods of selling or marketing your week for sale, many of which are offered by well run organisations, however we advise our Owners to beware companies that request an enrolement fee to list your week on their books, or companies that call you and say they have a purchaser for your week, but are requesting a payment from you first. Experience tells us that these are unlikely to result in a sale of your week, and that any payments you make may be lost.
