Check-In & Check- Out Times

Check-in is from 5pm on your arrival day. Where possible, our team will try to have lodges ready by 4pm, though this depends on the work required to prepare each lodge to our/your expected standards.

If you expect to arrive later than 5pm or on a different day, please contact the Lodge Office in advance. This helps us plan our housekeeping and maintenance schedule more effectively. We can arrange a key-box for late arrivals if needed.

Check-Out Time Please vacate your lodge by 10am on departure day. Before leaving:

• Bag all rubbish and place it in the outside bins
• Leave the lodge in the same condition as you found it

Transfers Between Lodges If you’re moving to another lodge during your stay, our housekeeping team will contact you to arrange the transfer with minimal disruption.

Early Check-Out For early departures, please notify the Lodge Office and either drop your keys in the key box or hand them to our team, if the office is open.

Final Charges Electricity meters are read and usage calculated on departure, and all charges for electricity, telephone calls, and additional services will be invoiced separately.
