Starting 9 August, all of Scotland will move beyond Level 0. The move beyond level 0 will entail the lifting of most of the remaining legally imposed restrictions. For international travel to Scotland, the Scottish Government has introduced a traffic light system. Travellers who have been in a country or area rated as red, amber and green will have quarantine processes and other restrictions associated with those colours.
The Hilton Coylumbridge Hotel was sold to Britannia Hotels on 19 December 2018 and is now simply named The Coylumbridge Hotel. There is no longer any formal relationship between the lodges and the hotel.
All lodge maintainence, cleaning and admin is now managed directly through the HGV team at the Lodge Office. The office is now in its own cabin to the right of the Woodshed Bar. The office will be open from 9am – 8pm and therefore should Lodge guests expect to arrive after 8pm they must to contact the Lodge Office, call 01479 813117, or email .
The HGV team maintains working contact with the hotel management and seeks to continue the best relationship with the hotel for lodge owners. Guests are welcome to use the bar and to make reservations for the restaurant directly.
Not all facilities are open at the hotel at all times, so we recommend that guests check both in advance and on the day before using the hotel. There is now a charge of £1 for towel hire when using the pool.
