Check in and check out is located in the Lodge Reception & Information Office to the right of the Woodshed Bar. Check in time is from 4pm onwards.
The Lodge Reception & Information Office is open:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm; Saturday & Sunday: 9am – 8pm
Should you anticipate arriving outside the office hours shown above, please inform the Lodge Office as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements for key collection can be made.

Please do not plan grocery deliveries before 17:00 on your day of arrival as you will need to be in occupation to sign for your delivery.
Credit card pre-authorisation
It is Club policy to ask for a credit card pre-authorisation for your stay. This card will be used as a guarantee for any additional expenses. A pre-authorisation to the minimum value of £150 will be held on the card presented for any extras incurred during your stay.
After your departure, the release of pre-authorisation may take up to 14 business days to be reflected on your account.

Electricity & phone charges
Your charges for electricity, telephone calls and all other services will be added to your account and are payable on departure. Your account will be delivered to your lodge the night before departure and can be signed and returned along with your key to the Key Drop Box outside reception.
WE have introduced an Express Check-out service, which has been very well received. Your account will be delivered to your lodge the day before departure for you to review and can be signed and returned along with your key to the Key Drop Box outside the Lodge Office. The payment card provided at check in will be used to settle your account. More details can be found in your Welcome Pack.
Check out time is 10am
Please vacate your lodge by 10:00 on the day of departure. Lodge residents transferring to another lodge will be contacted by the lodge office team to arrange handover.
Linen & rubbish
On the day of departure, please help us to get lodges ready for incoming guests, by stripping your beds and placing all the linen and towels in the bags provided. Please also ensure that all rubbish is bagged and placed in the outside bins for collection and that the lodge is left as you found it.
Charges for dirty or damaged lodges
Additional charges will be levied in the event of any damage or where, following departure and in the opinion of the Management, any extraordinary cleaning of the lodge is found to be necessary due to the presence of pets, smoking, negligence etc.
Should you wish to check out early, please notify the Coylumbridge Highland Lodges Club Office to ensure that your electricity meter is read and charges are calculated for your departure.
Please check that all keys are returned on departure. There is a charge of £100 for keys not returned to cover the cost of replacing the locks. This amount is refundable on the return of the keys to Coylumbridge Highland Lodges Club within 14 days of departure.
